Billing Information

Our Endorsed Midwife, Kelly Forsyth, bulk bills all consultations to Medicare to keep costs affordable. For privately billed patients, the above gap fees apply on the day of the appointment. For concession card holders, there is no gap fee.

Jess Pocock is a privately billing Physiotherapist. No bulk billing or concession discounts are available.

Fees are as listed above, depending on the type of appointment.
A Medicare rebate of $61.80 applies with a valid GP Care Plan referral. A Care Plan entitles the patient to have five Medicare Rebated Allied Health visits per year. Speak to your GP for more information.
