Full payment is required on the day. Medicare rebates available for valid Medicare card holders.
We offer Bulk Billing through Medicare for patients with most* Doctors during standard business hours:
- Under 16 years of age
- Pension & Concession card holders*
- DVA gold card holders
A private Treatment Room fee will still apply for the above mentioned, for Procedures such as: Iron Infusions, MTOP, Cryotherapy, IUD and Implanon etc.
All GP Consultations are time based.
Please ensure to book enough time for your consultation. This allows you and your doctor sufficient time together and helps the clinic stay on schedule for other patients.

Specialised GP appointments may incur different fees and rebates, such as Mental Health Care Plans and Menopause Assessments. Please call us to discuss.

- Implanon insertion and removal
- IUD insertion and removal
- Iron infusions, including during pregnancy
- Surgical removal of skin lesions and cryotherapy (liquid nitrogen)
- Wedge resection for ingrown toenails
- Tongue tie release for babies up to 8 weeks of age

Billing Information
For privately billed patients, the above gap fees apply on the day of the appointment. For concession card holders, there is no gap fee.
Jess Pocock is a privately billing Physiotherapist. No bulk billing or concession discounts are available.

GP Care Plan referrals
Fees are as listed above, depending on the type of appointment.
A Medicare rebate of $63.40 applies with a valid GP Care Plan referral. A Care Plan entitles the patient to have five Medicare Rebated Allied Health visits per year. Speak to your GP for more information.
Pregnancy options in Western Australia, include:
- Continuing the pregnancy and parenting

MTOP Fees:
- Standard Fee – $450
- Concession Card Holders – $400
- Patients Without Medicare – $700
MTOP Cancellation Policy: A $100 cancellation fee applies if you cancel your MTOP appointment with less than 3 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment. MTOP appointments are longer appointments and require significant Doctor time, so late cancellations and non-attendance have a greater impact on our clinic.
Private Billing: This private fee is payable on the day of the appointment and includes a 40-minute Doctor consultation as well as an ultrasound. The Doctor will provide a script for you to purchase the medication from the Pharmacy. No Medicare rebate is payable on this type of appointment.

International patients without Medicare: A paper invoice will be provided after payment. You may be able to claim back through your insurance, depending on your level of cover. Please liaise with your insurance company directly.

Pregnancy Termination – Health by Nurture

Please bring any relevant paperwork with you on the day.
A paper invoice will be provided after payment has been completed. You may* be able to potentially claim reimbursement from your employer or tax return.
A full private fee will apply on the day, based on the number of minutes the Doctor spends completing the paperwork. This is equivalent to our usual GP consultation billing, but there is no Medicare rebate.
Your Doctor will advise you of the private fee before starting any paperwork.
Examples include:
• Workers Compensation forms and reports, including Certificates of Capacity
• Life insurance, income protection and other insurance forms
• Superannuation or employment medical forms
• NDIS reports/forms that do not form part of an eligible MBS service
• Centrelink forms/certificates when they are simply being completed as paperwork
• Letters of advice or reports requested by a patient or third party

Please note that Saturday appointments are for regular GP consultations only. There will be no nursing staff available on Saturdays, so treatment room services, vaccinations, procedures and other nursing services will not be available.
As Saturday appointments are outside of our usual business hours, they will be privately billed for all patients, with rebates available for eligible Medicare card holders. No bulk billing will be available.
Please note that a missed appointment/late cancellation fee of $50–$200 (depending on appointment type and length) applies if you cancel with less than 3 hours or do not attend.
As a small, locally owned business, repeated cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our operations. Please kindly give us as much notice as possible so we can offer the appointment to another patient.
